Services

We specialize in making your Event uncomplicated and worry free! We have TWO Rooms to choose from to accommodate your Event. Our Small Hall can seat up to 80 people comfortably, and our Large Hall, can handle up to 250 Patrons. Both Halls have full and separate Bar and Washroom facilities. Choose from our many Banquet Packages to find the right one to suit your needs. From our Basic Dinner Package to our Complete Dinner and Liquor Package, we will make your Event one both you and your guests will remember.

All Meals are cooked fresh on-site by our own cooks, and served to your table by our courteous staff.

Our Facilities include a well lit parking lot, Dance Floor, Smoke Handlers, comfortable Climate Control, adequate washroom facilities, handicap access, and canopy. Security provided by Hammond F.O.P. (extra charge). All Dinner Packages include Hall rental, Cloth Table coverings and napkins, Round Tables, Padded Chairs, and Table Skirting. If you do not see what you are looking for, please call us. We would be happy to customize a menu to suit your specific needs. Other services are available upon request.

Please Note:
• No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto or removed from the premise.
• Alcohol pre-arranged to be brought onto the premise must be served by our Bartenders, or they will be confiscated.
• The legal age for consuming alcoholic beverages is 21. ID must be shown upon request.
 

Weddings include Champagne for the Head Table, Wedding Cake cut and wrapped, or served as dessert for a fee of $50.

Basic Dinner Package Includes:

Dinners are served Family Style. Tossed Salad, Choice of Dressings, Three Entrees, One Potato, One Vegetable, Dessert and Gratuity included.
(Minimum 100 Guests for the large hall, and 20 Guests for the small hall. Bar Not included With Basic Dinner Package. 5% Sales Tax Added to Final Bill).

Complete Liquor Package Includes:

Bar, Lounge and Bartenders. Liquor Package includes Draft Beer, wine, soft drinks, and unlimited drinks, using well known House brands. The Bar is open for 41/2 hours, closing for dinner and Grand March.

Modified Liquor Package Includes:

Bar, Lounge and Bartenders. serving Draft Beer, wine, and soft drinks ONLY. The Bar is open for 41/2 hours, closing for dinner and Grand March.

Cash Bar Package Includes:

A Cash Bar is offered to anyone who feels their Guests should be allowed to pay for their own drinks. A Bartenders fee of $100, for two bartenders will be added when cash bar purchases are less than $300.00. Deposit required. Bar is open for 41/2 hours.

Modified Dinner/Liquor Package Plan Includes:

Same as the Basic Dinner Package above with a Bar Package including Draft Beer, wine and soft drinks only. (No Liquor drinks)

Complete Dinner and Liquor Package Includes:

This Package includes both the Basic Dinner Package above plus our complete Liquor Package.
 

Dinner Menu

THREE ENTRÉE BASIC PLAN: Includes Rolls and Butter, choice of salad, choice of potato, dressing
or rice, and choice of vegetable. Hot coffee and tea service. Ice cream for desert.

ENTRÉE SELECTIONS:

Chicken or turkey is a must item on family style dinners. Roast pork, roast beef combinations are $.50
extra per person.
Fried, Baked, or BBQ Chicken
Roast Turkey (White Meat Only) with Gravy
Italian Beef, Au Jus or Brown Gravy
Roast Sirloin of Beef with Gravy
Polish Sausage (Fresh or Smoked) with Sauerkraut 
Italian Sausage with Peppers and Onions in Red Sauce 
Glazed Baked Ham
Roast Pork with applesauce
Mostaccioli with Meat, Meatballs, or Manara Sauce
Meatballs with Red or Brown Mushroom gravy
Stuffed Cabbage ($.50 extra per Person)

Tossed house Salad with choice of Italian, Buttermilk, Western, Thousand Island, or Creamy Garlic,
Cole Slaw Creamy or Vinegar and Oil.

DESERT:

Ice Cream, Vanilla.
